M/WBE Projects:
Dallas Cowboys Stadium, K Strategies directed the M/WBE program for the development and construction of the new $1 billion dollar Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX.
The project resulted in over $250 million paid to M/WBE firms and over 100 M/WBE firms working on the project.
Fort Worth Independent School District Capital Improvement Program, K Strategies is directing the M/WBE construction program for the FWISD $600 million bond program.
New Parkland Hospital, K Strategies is directing the M/WBE program and project communication activities on the construction of the $1.2 billion new Parkland Hospital.
City of Dallas Love Field Airport, K Strategies is working with the City of Dallas and Southwest Airlines in directing the M/WBE Program for the $519 million Love Field Modernization Program.
City of Dallas Mercantile Block Project, K Strategies is managing the M/WBE program for the mixed-used development of the historic Mercantile Bank building.

Dallas Water Utilities Water Conservation and Grease Abatement Public Awareness and Advertising Campaign, K Strategies is a part of the dynamic public awareness campaigns. We produce special events, community relations programs and all Spanish translation for television and radio ads, minority press, public opinion surveys, articles and press releases.
Pride In Your Neighborhood Program, K Strategies directed public relations efforts for the City of Dallas and Keep Dallas Beautiful, Inc. "Pride In Your Neighborhood" Pilot Program.
SafeLight: Dallas Stop on Red! Program, K Strategies was part of the pubic awareness campaign and developed television and radio commercials, conducted public surveys, and created marketing pieces for the program. All services were created in English and Spanish.
Dallas Animal Services, K Strategies is developing a marketing strategy for the City of Dallas Animal Services and the new Animal Shelter and Adoption Center.
