Katrina Keyes

Katrina Keyes, President & CEO
Ms. Keyes is an accomplished business and community leader with over 15 years of experience in the areas of M/WBE programs, public outreach and community relations. She holds bachelor and master degrees in business, marketing and administration. Ms. Keyes is an alumnus of Leadership Dallas and Leadership Texas. She has served on the board of directors of the Trinity River Authority and currently serves on the boards of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce and the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council. Ms. Keyes has received numerous awards for her community and business accomplishments including being ranked as one of the Top 40 Under 40 business leaders from the Dallas Business Journal and receiving "Advocate of the Year" Awards from the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association and Black Contractors Association.

Lyndsey Johnson, Public Relations Manager
Ms. Johnson brings over 6 years of experience in communications, marketing and advertising. Her professional experience includes media projects nationwide including Citadel Broadcasting and Samuels Jewelers. Lyndsey currently manages the new Parkland Hosptial M/WBE outreach and communications efforts, the Dallas Museum of Nature & Science M/WBE outreach and community relations campaign, DFW Airport's Terminal Development Program public outreach efforts and Omni Hotels' corporate Supplier Diversity Program. Lyndsey graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSB in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Davicka Thompson, Community Relations Manager
Ms. Thompson brings over 10 years experience in public relations, marketing and event execution. As a former corporate public relations director for Neiman Marcus, she created public relations campaigns, marketing strategies and special events to promote the company nationally. Currently, Ms. Thompson manages the Dallas Love Field Modernization Project's M/W/DBE program and promotes their diversity efforts. She also manages the Dallas Water Utilities Water Conservation and Grease Abatement Public Awareness campaigns. As Community Relations Manager, Ms. Thompson works to establish the K Strategies brand among key stakeholders and organizations in the community. Ms. Thompson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.

Betzaly Ramos Horn, HUB Coordinator & Spanish Translator
Ms. Ramos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communication from the Universidad Católica Andres Bello and a business certificate from the University of Dallas. She is a native Spanish speaker and has 13 years experience in marketing and advertising. Her professional experience includes working for SPE Networks/AXN Television Channel and E! Entertainment Television Channel both with HBO Ole Latin American. Ms. Ramos is coordinating the HUB program for the football stadium project at the University of North Texas by managing the outreach efforts to HUB business, ethnic chambers of commerce, contractor associations and key community stakeholders. Betzaly manages other HUB programs and provides Spanish translation services for projects.

Crystal Padilla, HUB Coordinator
Ms. Padilla holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Tarrant County College and is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas. Her experience in business development, marketing and community outreach programs have proven to be a great asset in developing and increasing opportunities for M/WBE firms on our projects.

Natalie Cortes, Public Relations Assistant
Ms. Cortes holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Markets & Cultures and Spanish from Southern Methodist University. She is bi-lingual in English and Spanish and brings marketing, public relations and communications experience from previous positions with Janet Jafka & Associates and Grupo Televisa (in Mexico City). Natalie currently manages the Pearson Education Services M/WBE program and assists with Dallas ISD projects. She also coordinates HUB utilization programs, implements outreach activities and markets diversity efforts in the minority community and to public officials. Ms. Cortes assists with the new Parkland Hospital project, Museum of Nature & Science expansion program, DFW Terminal Development Program and Omni Hotels' Supplier Diversity Program.

Jessica St. Jacobs, Public Relations Assistant
Ms. St. Jacobs is currently pursuing a dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of North Texas. In addition to serving as the executive assistant to the CEO and the Community Relations Manager, Jessica handles the firm's administrative needs and provide minority firms with assistance in becoming certified. She brings marketing, accounting and communications experience to K Strategies.

Frances Chaparro, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Chaparro is a seasoned administrative and office management professional. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience through various positions with Dallas Independent School District and Howmet Corporation. Ms. Chaparro is also bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
